How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes place in two phases:
Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, it will be reviewed, confirmed, and carefully packaged.
The package is then prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time
United States: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times do not include possible customs delays.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, delivery times may be slightly extended.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to our customers.
All shipments are insured against theft, loss, or damage during transit.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
For logistical reasons, it is possible that your order will be shipped in multiple separate packages.
My tracking number is not working
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active.
We kindly ask for your patience during this time.
