Simply email us at support@margotandmay.com. Feel free to include your measurements or your usual clothing size so we can assist you as quickly and accurately as possible.


Item Damaged or Quality Issue?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send an email to support@margotandmay.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the affected item

The sooner you contact us and include a photo, the faster we can find an appropriate solution for you.

Received the Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@margotandmay.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you ordered

  • The name of the item you received

  • A photo of the item received

We’ll take care of it right away and make sure you receive the correct item.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations (updated June 19, 2026), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

Important: The withdrawal period begins only once your package is officially marked as delivered. This is the case when your tracking information shows the status "Delivered." As long as your package is still in transit, the right of withdrawal cannot yet be exercised.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date of delivery

  • Send us an email within this period at support@margotandmay.com with your order number and a statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • The item must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging

  • Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method
